PowerMama Core Restore – 6 weeks

Did you (recently) give birth and do you want to pick up sports again? You find it important to build up your training calmly with attention to recovery of the core, the pelvic floor, posture and mobility. Then the core restore is your first step towards recovery.

In this course we will treat:

  • We start with the basis, so that you can build from a strong foundation.
  • We will do a diastasis check, core check and posture analysis.
  • We will train the core, pelvic floor and have attention for mobility.
  • How you can pick up sports again after birth and what you need to know about your recovery.
  • What are red flags and common complaints.

There will be an intake to understand your personal needs which we will focus on during the training. Not just a sports class, but real professional guidance by a trainer who understands changes and complications that can occur during pregnancy and birth.

Space for 8 participants per course. You can participate as from 5-6 weeks after birth, 8-10 weeks after a c-section. This course includes 6 core restore sessions and 1 class of PowerMama Mixed following this course. Babies are welcome!

PowerMama mixed

The Powermama Mixed training is there for pregnant women who want to stay strong and fit during their pregnancy and mothers who want to recover after birth. It’s a mixed group.

We do functional strength exercises in a small group (max 8 participants) with special attention to the core, pelvic floor, breathing and posture. We also cover mobility and relaxation.

There will be an intake to understand your personal needs which we will focus on during the training. Not just a sports class, but real professional guidance by a trainer who understands changes and complications that can occur during pregnancy and birth.

You can participate during the whole pregnancy. After birth it’s recommended to first do the Core Restore course before (re)joining the PowerMama Mixed classes.

PowerWalk (upcoming)

Feel like a bit more than just a walk? This is it! In this course we go for a fast-paced walk together and along the way we do strength and cardio exercises. It’s an interval between active walking and exercises to work on your fitness level. Perfect for losing weight and toning the body. And the best part? It’s outside!

PowerMama Next (upcoming)

The PowerMama Next training is for women who gave birth at least 4 to 6 months ago and are without birth related complaints. This High Impact Training is the last step in recovery and follows after the PowerMama Mixed training.

The Next training is outdoors. It’s an intensive training with running, jumping and training of the straight abs. There is a maximum of 8 participants.

If you’re in a doubt whether this training is suitable for you, just contact me! This training is suitable for all moms, also for moms with older kids.
