Let me help you find the balance in your diet. There’s a lot of stories and information going around online which leaves many people confused. Let me guide you through this with only evidence-based knowledge and find the answers to your questions and/or doubts.
I provide advice for various goals and as a natural nutrition advisor, I’m focused on natural nutrition. So, no powders, packages, or other processed products. I believe that nature can offer us what we need. Supplementation may be needed sometimes, but for that there are also natural options possible.
I have extensive experience with and knowledge about the vegetarian diet and can help you finding your nutritional balance as a vegetarian. Together we can look whether you’re on the right track of getting all the right nutrition to replace meat and fish. Also, if you’re looking to become (part-time) vegetarian, I can help you make a good start by advising which foods to consume to make sure you get everything you need, as well as giving practical tips on how/what to cook.
I don’t give strict diets or meal plans to hold on to, but guidance on how to change your dietary habits in a lasting way in which you feel comfortable and can enjoy your daily meals.
I strongly believe that several factors in life influence how we feel, and nutrition is just a (big) part of it. Therefore, in our sessions I also briefly look at your overall lifestyle (exercise, stress level, sleep quality, etc) and assess to which extent this may influence your diet and health.
My approach is as follows:
Nutrition Assessment Pack
- We start with a free intake call of approx. 15 minutes to understand your question and where I’ll explain the next steps. If we move ahead, I’ll ask a food diary from you.
- 1st appointment: We’ll discuss your food diary previously assessed by me, there is a chance to ask additional questions and share information about lifestyle. In this appointment I will give main pointers on how to improve/change your lifestyle based on your initial question.
- 2nd appointment: I’ll share the final report in which all factors are considered, and all detailed information is provided. I explain the report and questions can be asked. There’s room to discuss any difficulties that you/we may see arising with guidance on how to handle this.
Ad Hoc Advice
If you need a quick answer or solution, I’m also there for you! I offer ad hoc consultations of 1 hour which you can book straight away in the schedule. Please just give me a short description of your question in the booking beforehand.
If you need further support, we can make one or more follow-up appointments in case you have substantive questions, or to discuss how things are going. We will address difficulties and get you further on track.
This can be booked both after the Nutrition Assessment Pack and the Ad Hoc Advice, max 6 months after the last session.
If any practical question remains, this can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
