Pregnancy Workshop:
Movement, Nourishment & Connection
This workshop is a dedicated space for pregnant women to move, learn, rest, and connect — while feeling supported every step of the way.
We begin with 45 minutes of gentle, pregnancy-safe exercise on the mat, designed to help you:
- Build strength and awareness for pregnancy and birth
- Release tension
- Connect to your breath and body
No previous experience is needed, and all movements are adaptable to your trimester and energy levels.
After the movement session, we transition into a 1-hour nutrition talk, focused on how to nourish yourself and your baby during pregnancy. This is not about rules or perfection, but about understanding what your body truly needs and how to support it with confidence and ease.
We finish with a 30-minute tea and snacks moment, where you’re invited to slow down, enjoy nourishing food, and share experiences with other pregnant women. This time is intentionally unstructured — a space to connect share and ask questions.
