Hi, I’m Lilian, your personal coach

I’m a nutritionist, sports coach, licensed pre- and postnatal PowerMama® coach and an enthusiast about the outdoors.

My goal is to make you feel good by exercising and making healthy choices. If you want we can aim to reach that perfect beach body, but what I personally really care for is to guide you into a healthy lifestyle. No strict diets, but sustainable lifestyle choices which you can maintain for life and will make you feel at your best.

Group classes

Work on your health in a group. Check my schedule or request a small group training. Indoor and outdoor.

Personal training

Train with me at home, at the gym or outside. Get ongoing nutrition advice and reach your personal goals.

Powermama

Be physically and mentally strong during pregnancy and at birth. Restore your core and get exercising again with functional training.

Take a consult for nutrition advice. Either in person, by videocall or by phone.
