Hi, I’m Lilian, your personal coach

I’m a nutritionist, sports coach, licensed pre- and postnatal PowerMama® coach and an enthusiast about the outdoors.

My goal is to make you feel good by exercising and making healthy choices. If you want we can aim to reach that perfect beach body, but what I personally really care for is to guide you into a healthy lifestyle. No strict diets, but sustainable lifestyle choices which you can maintain for life and will make you feel at your best.

Personal training

Train with me at home, at the gym or outside. Get nutrition coaching and reach your personal goals.
Alone or in a small group with your friend, colleague, partner or other.

Group classes

Train responsible during and after pregnancy. Be fit during pregnancy and at birth, recover and regain strength after. Small groups of max 8 women.

Nutrition

Let’s assess your dietary habits and see where we can make that change for you to feel better, energised and confident in your body.
